Blueberry & Corn Skillet Bread
This recipe came from the "Green Market Baking Book"
It's a book I've had for a long time now and it has a lot of great recipes in it for every season of the year. It's sectioned off by season and starts each section off with a list of in-season fruits and veggies! 
This recipe includes whole-wheat flour and fresh blueberries! So yummy and healthy for you! I didn't have a cast iron skillet to bake with so I just used a regular non-stick pan and it turned out really good!
